We’re already into week 6 of the NFL regular season. The season always seems to fly by.

This week I wanted to share my best bets for teasers. Teasers don’t offer the same big payouts as parlays, but you’ll win more consistently. If you live in the US, you can bet on teasers at Bovada.

Best NFL Week 6 Games to Bet on Teasers

Bovada offers a range of teaser betting options. You can bet on 6-point, 6.5-point, 7-point, 10-point and 13-point teasers at the sportsbook with varying payout odds based on the number of teams.

Prior to discussing my teaser predictions for this week, we’ll look at the best games to tease.

Giants vs. Patriots Week 6 Teaser PicksThe Patriots 5-0 (3-2 ATS) host the Giants 2-3 (2-3 ATS) on TNF. After struggling in Buffalo, Tom Brady got back on track (348 passing yards, 3 TDs and 1 INT) in a win against WAS (33-7).

NYG are coming off a disappointing home loss to Minnesota (28-10). Daniel Jones struggled to a 21/38 for 182 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT stat line, while the run game gained 60 yards on 20 carries.

Injuries are hampering an already weak Giants roster. Saquan Barkley and Evan Engram are both questionable, but unlikely to play, while Sterling Shepard is listed as doubtful. Wayne Gallman is also injured, leaving the Giants with Jon Hilliman at RB.

If Jones is missing his three main playmakers on offense this Thursday, this game will get ugly real fast and teasing the Patriots should be about as automatic as anything in the NFL.

I’m all over the 49ers 4-0 (3-1 ATS) this week. I’ve already bet on the Niners money line and they’ll be on my parlays and teasers as well. I expect the 49ers to win SU at the Rams 3-2 (4-1 ATS).

This game features two of the most productive offenses to begin the season. SF are averaging 31.8 PPG (2nd) and 427.2 YPG (4th), while the Rams are averaging 29.2 PPG (6th) and 413.6 YPG (5th).

The edge in this game is on defense. The Niners are simply playing way better defense. SF has been able to shutdown the run (81.8 RYPG – 5th) and pass (175.8 PYPG – 2nd), while allowing 14.2 PPG (4th).

Brandin Cooks may miss the game as he’s in concussion protocol.

The Niners are going to have success running on the Rams defense (106.8 RYPG – 15th). SF is deep at RB with Matt Breida Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman all deserving of touches.

This is a massive NFC West divisional game that will remain close regardless of who wins.

Cowboys vs. Jets Week 6 Teaser PicksThere isn’t a lot to say about this prediction, so I’ll be brief.

The Cowboys 3-2 (3-2 ATS) hot start is over after two consecutive losses, but if they expect to have a chance at winning the NFC East, there’s no way they can lose a game to the Jets 0-4 (1-3 ATS).

Dallas still ranks in the top 10 in most offensive and defensive categories. They’re scoring 26.2 PPG (9th) and allowing 18.0 PPG (7th). Surprisingly, they rank 4th in passing (312.0 PYPG).

Dak Prescott has completed nearly 70% of his passes for 1606 yards, 11 TDs and 6 INTs. The Jets are allowing 25.2 PPG (25th) and have struggled through the air on defense (260.2 PYPG – 21st).

The Jets offense should have Sam Darnold back, but he’s likely not at 100%. The Jets offense is one of the worst in the league regardless of which QB they start. They’re scoring 9.8 PPG (31st).

Dallas gets out to a quick lead and the Jets won’t be able to keep pace on the scoreboard.

The Steelers 1-4 (3-2 ATS) aren’t winning many games, but they’re keeping them close. After a brutal week 1 loss to NE (33-3), the Steelers three other losses have been by a combined 9 points.

Teasing the Steelers up here is the play, as I’d put the chances of Pittsburgh winning outright higher than the Chargers winning by more than two TDs. Pittsburgh is a live underdog this week.

Mason Rudolph is in concussion protocol and could miss this game, which means Devlin Hodges would get the start at QB. Hodges went 7/9 for 68 passing yards last week after replacing Rudolph.

I’m not too worried about who starts at QB, but I would recommend waiting for news on Rudolph, as if Hodges is starting we’ll likely get another couple points on this spread.

The Chargers 2-3 (1-3-1 ATS) are more hype than substance. They’ve been bad this year and this is a team that had Super Bowl aspirations. They’re an easy fade for me until they start playing better.

NFL Week 6 Teaser Bets at the Bovada Sportsbook

I recommend betting on this 7-point teaser at Bovada.lv that’ll payout at 2/1 odds ($100 bet returns $300). With a 7-point teaser we’re getting some great lines at these four teams.

The good news is a 7-point teaser is considered a standard teaser, which means a push reduces the payout rather than losing the bet, which gives us some leeway in case things don’t go our way.
