Euro 2020 Betting TipsEuro 2020 was postponed last summer because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The UEFA Euro 2020 tournament will begin on Friday, June 11th 2021 and the entire world is excited.

US bookmakers have hundreds of betting markets available for Euro 2020.

There are already dozens of futures and props available. We’re going to analyze the outright winner betting market and group winner futures. There are also top goalscorer props and more.

Where to Bet on Euro 2020

We recommend betting on Euro 2020 at Intertops and Bovada if you’re in the US.

When the odds are the same or similar, Intertops is our preferred Euro 2020 bookie because they have multiple promotions that will be running for the full duration of the tournament.

There’s a Euro 2020 leaderboard and the top 20 most profitable bettors during the tournament will win cash prizes. There will also be cash boosts and stake-back specials all tourney.

Euro 2020 Group Winner Betting Tips

There are six groups of four teams at Euro 2020. Each team will play each other once. The top two teams advance from each group, plus the top four #3 seeds advance to the knockout stage.

Prior to the knockout stage, the teams are matched up based on their finishing seed during the group stage. The winner of each group is determined after the group stage.

Here are my picks to win each group at Euro 2020:

Group A Teams: Italy (Hosts), Switzerland, Turkey and Wales

Italy went undefeated during qualification, but Turkey (+550) and Wales (+800) are both excellent on the defensive end. The Italians could easily lose a 1-0 or 2-1 match to either of these teams.

Wales have Gareth Bale, Aaron Ramsey and numerous younger talent on the squad. Wales at 8/1 is offering the best value in Group A, but Italy have been performing under Roberto Mancini.

Italy have a 70% win rate under Mancini and I expect him to be able to navigate this group.

Group B Teams: Denmark (Hosts), Belgium, Russia (Hosts) and Finland

Belgium are my top group winner bet at Euro 2020.

Russia and Finland are going to finish bottom of the group. Denmark will be happy with a second place finish. Belgium are contenders to win it all as long as Kevin De Bruyne is fit.

He’s dealing with an injury right now, but Belgium open up against Russia, which should be an easy win even without him. Belgium went 10-0-0 during qualifying, scoring 40 goals, while conceding three,

Group C Teams: Netherlands (Hosts), Ukraine, Austria and North Macedonia

How lucky are the Dutch? The Netherlands are hosts of Group C and have an easy path to first. They should win all three group stage matches comfortably despite their odds dropping.

Ukraine and Austria both have question marks upfront. The Dutch will struggle in the knockout stage due to a weakened defense, but they’re a great bet to win Group C.

Group D Teams: England (Hosts), Croatia, Scotland (Hosts) and Czech Republic

England are favored and have a wealth of talented strikers on the squad, but can they put it all together? However, we’re getting the 2018 World Cup runner-ups Croatia at a great price.

Croatia have struggled playing away from home, but they open up against England, which is a big benefit in my opinion, as it allows them to catch the favorites before they get settled in.

Group E Teams: Spain (Hosts), Sweden, Poland and Slovakia

Spain are odds-on favorites to bounce back after a disappointing run of form on the big stage.

They’ve brought in younger reinforcements, but will that be enough? Sweden have been playing well and my best bet to come out on top of this group is Poland with Robert Lewandowski.

Lewandowski can win matches on his own and Spain aren’t the squad they were a decade ago.

Group F Teams: Hungary (Hosts), Portugal (Hosts), France and Germany (Hosts)

The last group at Euro 2020 is a banger. You have France, Portugal and Germany! Getting France at plus money feels like a gift, especially when you consider the Germans aren’t as big of a threat.

With Kylian Mbappe, Paul Pogba, Antoine Griezmann and a ton of depth, the French side are one of the top contenders to win it all. In fact, they’re favored or co-favorites at most bookies.

Euro 2020 Outright Winner Betting Tips

We’re going with two of the favorites to win Euro 2020.

Some of the other top contenders have too many question marks, are dealing with injuries to some starters or have poor recent results in international soccer competitions.

The Italians are also interesting at +900 odds (Intertops), but they lack the star power.

If De Bruyne can play in the knockout stage, the Belgians are going to be difficult to defeat. France are also extremely strong upfront. After finishing runner-ups at Euro 2016, France is my best bet.
