Browns vs. Bengals odds, preview and picks

The Cincinnati Bengals (2-4) host the Cleveland Browns (0-6) and this couldn’t be more of a must-win for Cincy. The Bengals have lost two in a row against the Cowboys (28-14) and Patriots (35-17). The Browns remain winless, which already includes four losses away from the FirstEnergy Stadium.

Cody Kessler and Isaiah Crowell have helped the Browns offense out of the basement. Cleveland average 18.8 PPG (26th), 237.3 PYPG (22nd) and 110.7 RYPG (11th). The youngsters should have some success against the Bengals defense that’s allowing 24.2 PPG (20th), 246.8 PYPG (17th) and 108.2 RYPG (20th).

Despite having some success on offense, the Browns won’t be able to stop Andy Dalton, A.J. Green and the rest of the Bengals offense. Cleveland’s defense comes into this match-up allowing 29.3 PPG (29th), 285.3 PYPG (27th) and 118.0 RYPG (27th). If Cincy scores close to 30 points they’ll cover easily.

These teams play each other a lot too and the Bengals have dominated the last five H2H games. Cincy are 5-0 H2H against the Browns in the last five and have won every game by 21+ points.

Patriots vs. Steelers odds, preview and picks

This was expected to be a big AFC showdown, but Ben Roethlisberger is injured now and that’ll allow the New England Patriots (5-1) to win at Heinz Field against the Pittsburgh Steelers (4-2).

Landry Jones will replace Big Ben and that’ll hurt all of the receivers on Pittsburgh. Le’Veon Bell will be called upon more in the run game. The Steelers 9th ranked passing offense (265.5 PYPG) will drop, but the Steelers will improve upon their 15th ranked rushing offense (106.3 RYPG).

That improvement may have to wait, though, as the Patriots rank 9th against the run (92.0 RYPG). NE are only allowing 15.2 PPG (2nd), while the offense is scoring 24.8 PPG (13th). Since Brady has been back the offense has improved too, as the Patriots put up 33 on the Browns and 35 on the Bengals.

Brady is 6-2 in his career against the Steelers and I’d like him to win even if Big Ben was playing. The Steelers rank 30th against the pass (293.7 PYPG) and will have no chance shutting down Brady.

Chargers vs. Falcons odds, preview and picks

The Atlanta Falcons (4-2) are leading the NFC South, despite losing last week to Seattle (26-24). They host San Diego (2-4) who are last in the AFC West. If this game wasn’t in Atlanta I’d be concerned, but Atlanta are always a strong home team. Atlanta are 1-1 at home and SD are 0-3 on the road this season.

Atlanta have the best offense in the NFL – they rank 1st in points scored (33.2 PPG) and 1st in total yards (441.5 YPG). Matt Ryan and Julio Jones have the Falcons ranked 2nd in passing yards (329.5 PYPG). SD will be in tough, as they’ve given up an average of 279.7 PYPG (24th) this season.

This game has the makings of a shootout, as the Falcons pass defense (285.3 PYPG – 26th) is going to have a hard time stopping Philip Rivers 12th ranked passing offense (263.3 PYPG). SD also rank 3rd in points scored (28.8 PPG). This game may be close, but the Falcons win it at home.

These two teams may not play against each other often, but the Falcons have won the last six H2H games against SD. Rivers is also 0-4 in dome games in his career.

These are our best bets for your NFL week 7 teaser bets at Bovada. If you’re new to teasers, you can see how beneficial they can be. We’re taking three big favorites and making them more manageable. We’re still getting a plus money (+160) payout if all three predictions cover ATS.
